I’ve been with safelane since last 8 to 9 months and it has been very welcoming experience with them as they have always been there for me even when I ask support on last minute. They got very well train support worker like fagun modi and also very understanding admin staff like Joon who is always a call away for assistance.fagun is great driver and loveable company to be with .I highly recommend people to be part of safelane community.

I’ve had a few support coordinators, so I was a little worried about starting a new one, especially in another state. After speaking with Leanne Shaw for 5 minutes, I knew I had made the right decision. She’s patient, empathetic, and knows so much about the NDIS. It’s wonderful to have a provider that tries to understand your situation and does their best to help you. Emails and phone calls get answered straight away, and they are always ready to help you with any enquiry you have. I give SafeLane Healthcare a 10 out of 10; they have changed my life for the better.
